I have observed that this group develop internal feelings of the close affiliation among the existing group member and it helps to enhance the loyalty among the group member after sharing own visions related stress. As stress is a complex subject to discuss, therefore, I have noticed that the leader in this video tries to free the group members and only engage 5 member for discussing this complex issue.
